Empowering BIPOC & Immigrant Professionals and Entrepreneurs
The PIPE Program, led by Push for Prosperity, is a transformative initiative designed to bridge opportunity gaps for professionals of color and immigrant professionals as well as aspiring entrepreneurs. Our program provides targeted support, helping participants succeed in the American workforce and entrepreneurial landscape.
Key Features:

Workforce Integration: A six-week virtual core program offering assessments, legal guidance, work readiness training, coaching, and job search support.

Job Placement: Collaboration with partners like the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Medtronic to secure long-term employment for skilled immigrant professionals.

Entrepreneurship Support: Workshops and mentorship programs to help start-ups and existing businesses grow, with a goal of working with 75 new businesses and creating over 40 new jobs in 18 months.
