PIPE Program

Our PIPE Program is designed to bridge opportunity gaps for immigrant professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. Through a six-week virtual program, we provide essential resources, from workforce integration and job placement to entrepreneurship support. We’ve partnered with organizations like the Minnesota Department of Transportation and Medtronic to help participants secure long-term employment and grow businesses. In just 18 months, we aim to work with 75 businesses, creating over 40 new jobs. Your contribution can help make this a reality, driving economic development and fostering a more inclusive, equitable future

EmpowerU Sis

EmpowerU Sis is all about supporting women of color to take charge of their lives, careers, and wellness. Through inspiring events and workshops, we focus on career development, financial literacy, and personal growth. Last year, we had incredible success with our sold-out events, and we’re planning an even bigger summit in 2024.
